Gang is a group of Individuals that share a common identity, even if the identity consists of little more than their association with one another. Gang is a general class of behavior in which collective action and support of community interests and goals to active social cohesion or solidarity. If Commissioner Collins was not a GANG MEMBER, wouldn't he vote against his Gang Members on many occasions? Have you ever heard of Collins voting against Unions or the teachings of his church? If Collins was not a Gang Member wouldn't he be interested in promoting public discussions of issues through the use of Clark County's Cable Channel 4? If Collins was not a Gang Member wouldn't Collins vote against the businesses and individuals that donate to his political Campaigns? Does gang membership lessen the individual freedoms of people not in Collins Gang? If Collins is not in a Gang, why does he support many other candidates and elected officials in Nevada? Is Collins' campaign manager, Gary Gray, one of the leaders in the Gang?
Gary Gray wins many Democrat elections in Nevada. Peggy Johnson of the Clark County Democrat Party and Jill Derby of the Nevada Democrat Party have told me that the Democrat Party favors incumbents over challengers in Democrat primaries. Does this procedure help keep Collins gang powerful? Does the Nevada Assembly redistricting of 2002 led by Gary Gray's wife now Clark County Commissioner Chris Giunchiliani help make the Democrat party a more important part of the gang that Collins is a member?
The importance of Collins' Gang membership should cease. It should be replaced with the importance of our individual points of view.
