Six of seven Clark County Commissioners are Mormons!!!
Lawrence Weekly is the only Clark County Commissioner that is not a Mormon!!!
The Mormon Religion is a Political Action Committee masquerading as a Non Profit Organization!!!
Our US Constitution states there should be a separation of church and state. Mormon Commissioner Collins stated that "he follows the teaching of his church" when he was asked of his opinion of the importance of the separation of church and state. Aren't we taught that we have religious freedom in the United States? Isn't religious freedom one of the reasons United States declared our independence from England? Will our individual freedoms fade away when elected government officials like Commissioner Collins rule by following the teaching of his church?

How is it possible that 6 of 7 Clark County Commissioners are Mormons when less than 10% of Clark County residents are Mormons?
Is the Mormon church using their church meetings, newsletters and contact lists to promote candidates that are Mormons? These are some of the activities that show that the Mormon Religion is a Political Action Committee masquerading as a Non Profit Organization!! Is it constitutional for the Majority of Mormon Commissioners to try to impose the teaching of their church on residents that are not Mormons? Collins believes that it is your problem if you do not agree with his actions as a Clark County Commissioner that supports the teachings of his Mormon Church.
